Devify is built and operated by Fluid Games, an independent one-person game and software studio based in Denmark.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Devify app and related services. By using Devify, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Devify is
Devify is an independent analytics companion for Roblox creators.
The app connects to Roblox through official Roblox APIs and OAuth services and may display information such as live player counts, experience metadata, engagement, retention, monetization and other analytics that you are authorized to access.
Devify is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
Roblox and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Using Devify
You may use Devify only in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and any applicable Roblox terms and policies.
You must only access experiences, analytics and other information that you are authorized to access.
You may not use Devify to:
- gain unauthorized access to Roblox accounts, experiences or data;
- interfere with or abuse Roblox services or APIs;
- circumvent technical restrictions or access controls;
- misuse Devify in a way that could harm Fluid Games, Roblox, or other users; or
- use the app for unlawful purposes.
3. Your Roblox account
Devify uses Roblox OAuth to connect to your Roblox account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roblox account and device.
Fluid Games does not ask for your Roblox password, .ROBLOSECURITY cookie, or Open Cloud API keys.
You can disconnect Devify from Roblox at any time.
4. Availability and accuracy
Devify depends on Roblox APIs and services that are outside Fluid Games' control.
As a result, analytics may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.
Features may also stop working temporarily or permanently if Roblox changes, restricts, or removes an API.
Devify is intended as a convenient analytics tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source for important financial, business, or operational decisions.
5. Changes to Devify
Devify is an evolving product.
I may add, change, remove or discontinue features over time, including in response to changes made by Roblox or Apple.
I may also update these Terms when the product, legal requirements, or business model changes.
If a change materially affects your rights, reasonable notice will be provided where required.
6. Early access and beta versions
Some versions of Devify may be distributed through TestFlight or otherwise marked as beta, preview, or early access software.
Beta software may contain bugs, incomplete features, unexpected behavior or data-display errors.
You should expect these versions to change frequently.
7. Paid features
Devify may offer optional paid features or subscriptions in the future.
If paid features are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown clearly before purchase.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are also subject to Apple's applicable payment, subscription, cancellation and refund terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under Danish or EU law.
8. Intellectual property
Devify, including its software, design, branding and original content, is owned by Fluid Games unless stated otherwise.
These Terms give you permission to use Devify for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Devify or its intellectual property to you.
Roblox content, trademarks and data remain subject to Roblox's own rights and terms.
9. Suspension or termination
I may restrict or terminate access to Devify if it is reasonably necessary to:
- prevent abuse or unlawful activity;
- protect the security or integrity of the service;
- comply with legal obligations or platform requirements; or
- respond to serious violations of these Terms.
You may stop using Devify at any time.
10. Disclaimer
Devify is provided on an “as available” basis.
While I aim to make Devify reliable and accurate, I cannot guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party data will always be correct or available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fluid Games is not responsible for losses caused solely by outages, inaccuracies, API changes, or failures of third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any rights that cannot be waived under applicable Danish or EU consumer law.
11. Privacy
Your use of Devify is also subject to the Devify Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy explains how Devify handles Roblox account information, analytics data, local storage and support communications.
12. Third-party services
Devify relies on third-party services including Roblox and Apple.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Fluid Games is not responsible for changes made by third-party services that affect Devify's functionality.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have under the laws applicable to you as a consumer.
Where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a dispute in another jurisdiction, these Terms do not remove that right.
